Courses I have been teaching: Advanced Computational Neuroscience (master level physics), Quantitative Brain Networks (masters level), Methods in Neuroscience (masters level), Digital Signal Processing (bachelor level), various courses in neurobiology. I have also taught several courses for the IMPRS neural circuits program of the Max Planck Society. I also teach statistics for animal researchers in FELASA C courses. We always welcome Master and Bachelor students for internships, from various disciplines.

I support Open Science and post preprints on Biorxiv. I am a main developer of the Spike Toolbox in FieldTrip and plan to contribute a new open source toolbox in the coming years.
